Must include:
1) Eval set: ≥8 prompts with expected pass/fail notes
2) Fallback when the model fails or times out
3) Explicit human veto / edit-before-send step
4) Logging of model vs human final output (privacy-aware)
5) One-pager: who owns what when the model is wrong
Submit: demo + eval sheet + reflection.
