SCENARIO: CareerAck wants a mobile-shaped client for internship applications — recruiters should feel native-app discipline even before Expo/Flutter.

Must deliver:
1) Working mobile-first UI: list / detail / saved tabs inside a phone frame
2) Load jobs from api/mock-jobs.json (or your own JSON); offline empty/error states
3) Persist saved jobs in localStorage
4) STORE_LISTING.md filled (name, subtitle, screenshots plan, privacy blurb)
5) RELEASE_CHECKLIST.md with crash / build / rollback notes
6) Reflection (≥120 chars) on native vs cross-platform lane for THEi ICT

No Xcode/Android Studio required. Optional bonus: Expo or Flutter port of the same screens.
