SCENARIO: THEi Chai Wan campus ICT team needs a documented lab topology for intern onboarding.
You are the network intern: plan VLANs/subnets, prove they do not overlap, and practice ops storytelling.

  - scripts/check_plan.py (overlap / VLAN uniqueness checks)
  - scenarios/outage.md
  - REPORT.md + RUBRIC.md

Must deliver:
1) Your campus-topology.json (≥3 VLANs, ≥3 subnets, gateway notes, DHCP/DNS notes)
2) check_plan.py passing (or documented intentional exceptions)
3) ASCII or mermaid diagram of the topology
4) Outage postmortem from scenarios/outage.md (timeline + root cause + fix + prevention)
5) Reflection (≥120 chars) on what an Internetworking Admin would own next

Offline-first: Python 3 only. No Packet Tracer required — reasoning + documentation are the signal.
Submit: REPORT + topology JSON + checker output + reflection.

Certs next: Cisco CCNA and/or Huawei HCIA-Datacom (HCNA). CompTIA Network+ is a vendor-neutral warm-up.
