1) One-sentence goal + non-goals
2) Explicit in/out of scope
3) THREE cuts you will defend (what you said no to)
4) Split commitments: what Eng hears vs what Mentors hear (honest delta)
5) Milestones + RACI for scope change / launch / incident
6) Change-control rule (who can expand scope, how)
7) Success metrics for the week-6 demo

Submit: filled brief (link or paste) + reflection (120+ chars) on the hardest cut.

How do I know it worked?

Your brief names three cuts with owners/revisit dates and a change-control rule.

Common issues
